I'm on a mission to make success something high-achieving women can finally enjoy.

The Foundation

of My Work

I had worked hard to build a meaningful career, a successful business, and a family I cared deeply about. Yet I wasn't enjoying the life I had worked so hard to create.

For a long time, I thought something was wrong with me.

What I eventually realized was that nothing was wrong with the life I had built. The issue was how I had built it.

The more conversations I had with other women, the more I realized many of us were carrying the same invisible weight.

As a licensed therapist, business owner, communication strategist, and international speaker, I've spent more than two decades helping people navigate stress, relationships, communication, and change.

Whether I was working with families in crisis, couples struggling to reconnect, or leaders navigating difficult conversations, I kept seeing the same thing:

When we're overwhelmed, we lose access to our best thinking.

Once I understood what was happening, I started looking for a different way. Not just for myself, but for the women sitting across from me who were building businesses, leading teams, raising families, and carrying more than anyone realized.

The more I learned, the more I understood the role our nervous systems play in the lives of high-achieving women.

So much of what we call burnout, overwhelm, or frustration is really a reflection of how we're carrying the demands of our lives.

Understanding that changed the way I approach my work.
