Hi, I’m Tina Power, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and founder of Empower Family Therapy, a Chicago-based practice with over 15 clinicians.

For more than a decade, I’ve helped people communicate better, set boundaries, and protect their energy. But my career roots are in hospitality, so I have a heart for supporting those that work closely with people everyday so they can learn skills and tools to avoid burnout and have a long and successful career!

I know firsthand: salons don’t just run on scissors and color — they run on people.
